His professional career has always been linked to the Serrano group, since starting his professional career in the group in 1992.
Practically all of his professional activity over these twenty-five years has been linked to the management and coordination of the different business areas of the group.
Given his vast professional experience within the group, both in machinery construction for the Automotive sector and in the manufacture of precision tools, in 2004 he took up the position he currently occupies in M. Serrano.
As the director of the Plant and operations for the company he reports directly to the shareholders taking the decisions and business strategies associated with the position.

Since 2009, she has been responsible for the Human Resources department, carrying out personnel recruitment, legal-administrative procedures, designing training programs and documentary management with official agencies and external companies.

He also completed a postgraduate course in Lean Seis Sigma Logistics, Finance Marketing.
He began his career at M. Serrano as an assistant to Production Management for two years.
Later, he carried out the function of production manager in a rolling mill, returning to M. Serrano in 2004 as Production Manager, a position he holds today.

Her career began in the food sector, specifically in the distribution field of Grupo El Arbol and Grupo Bimbo.

This department is responsible for both the External and Internal Logistics of our factory, working in direct collaboration with both our customers and our production department.
